• The calendar is open 12 months in advance.  If you would like to book more than 12 months out, please message.
• There is a 2 night minimum stay.  Discounts are available for 7+ night stays. 
• The Cottage at Maple Pond can accommodate 14 people, cleaning fee is $200. 
• The Guest Cabin accommodates 6 additional people ($150/night, 2 night minimum), cleaning fee is $75.
• Groups of more than 14 must include the Guest Cabin. 
• If your group has less than 14, but would still like to include the Guest Cabin, please include that in your reservation request.

Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100 % if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival; Guest receives 50 % if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
