The minimum age to book The Cottage at Maple Pond is 24 years old.
The primary guest must provide a copy of a photo ID (driver's license, etc) with a birth date.
Reservations are confirmed when the Rental Agreement and copy of photo ID has been received.
Guest wishing to bring a dog must sign a Pet Agreement.
